Brunel University London
Brunel Medical School runs a 5-year MBBS on Brunel's Uxbridge campus in west London. The course is aimed at international students, and clinical placements are with NHS hospitals and GP practices in north-west London. International applicants usually need A-levels or equivalent (Class 12 PCB), English proficiency (IELTS), the UCAT where the school requires it, and an interview. Indian students must also qualify NEET-UG to be eligible to practise in India.
UK medical degrees (MBBS / MBChB) usually take 5 years (6 with an intercalated degree or foundation year), followed by the 2-year UK Foundation Programme for graduates who work in the UK.

- UCAT: most UK medical schools require the University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT).
- Academic grades: very high Class 12 (or A-level/IB) results in Biology and Chemistry.
