Refund and Cancellation Policy

NEET UG 2027 CBT Mock Test registration (₹9)

• The ₹9 registration fee is non-refundable once the hall ticket has been issued.
• If your payment failed but money was deducted, or you were charged twice by mistake, the amount is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• To report a failed or double payment, email info@xeal.in or WhatsApp +91 96973 60000 with your name, mobile number and payment ID or UPI reference.

Cancellation

You may stop using the mock test at any time. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Counselling and admission services

Refunds and cancellations for counselling plans and admission services follow the terms given in the written receipt or agreement for that service. If no specific terms were given, please contact us and we will review your request.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.
