These terms apply to www.xealeducationworks.com and to the services offered on it by XEAL Education Works, a unit of XEAL Education Services ("XEAL", "we", "us"). By using the website, registering or paying for a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

XEAL provides education guidance and admission counselling (for example MBBS, BDS, B.Tech and other courses in India and abroad), information about colleges, fees and notifications, a free career test, and the NEET UG 2027 CBT Mock Test, an online practice test.

2. NEET UG 2027 CBT Mock Test

• It is a practice test prepared by XEAL Education Works. It is not conducted, approved or endorsed by the National Testing Agency (NTA) or any government body, and its scores do not count towards any real exam.
• A one-time registration fee (see Pricing) gives the registered student a hall ticket and access to the full test as many times as they like.
• The hall ticket and login are for the registered student only and must not be shared or sold.
• Results, ranks and progress reports are for self-assessment only.
• We may update the questions, test format or features at any time.

3. Counselling and admission services

Counselling plans and admission support are provided as described on the relevant page or in the written receipt or agreement for that service. Admission to any college depends on the college, the counselling authority and the student's eligibility, and XEAL does not guarantee a seat.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are received by XEAL Education Services, of which XEAL Education Works is a unit, so this name may appear in your bank or UPI statement.

5. Your responsibilities

Please give correct details (name, mobile number, email) when you register. Do not misuse the website, try to copy or download the question bank, or interfere with its working.

6. Content

The questions, reports, text, logos and design on this website belong to XEAL and may not be copied or republished without our written permission. Fees, dates and other information about colleges and exams are taken from official sources where possible, but please confirm them with the official authority before acting on them.

7. Liability

We take care to keep our services accurate and available, but we are not liable for indirect losses, for decisions made only on the basis of a mock-test score, or for interruptions caused by internet, device or third-party problems. Our total liability for any paid service is limited to the amount paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, have jurisdiction.
