This policy explains what personal information XEAL Education Works, a unit of XEAL Education Services, collects on www.xealeducationworks.com and how it is used.

1. What we collect

• Details you give us: name, mobile number, email, city, class or course of interest, and any documents or messages you send.
• For the NEET CBT Mock Test: your hall ticket number, answers, scores and progress.
• Payment details: payment ID, amount and status. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page and are not stored by us.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the website working and improve it.

2. How we use it

• To register you, issue your hall ticket, run the test and send your results and progress reports.
• To send payment confirmations, receipts and service messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• To provide counselling, and to call you when you ask for it or when it relates to a service you registered for.
• To keep our accounts and meet legal requirements.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services (for example the payment gateway, email and WhatsApp providers and hosting), with colleges or counselling authorities when you ask us to apply on your behalf, or when the law requires it.

4. Storage and security

Your information is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authorised XEAL staff. We keep it for as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop promotional messages, by writing to info@xeal.in or calling +91 96973 60000. Some records, such as payment records, must be kept by law.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
