Amrita School of Medicine
Amrita School of Medicine, Faridabad, is the north Indian medical campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham (deemed to be university). Students train at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, opened in August 2022 with about 2,400 beds and 81 speciality departments, described as India's largest private hospital, serving the Delhi NCR region.
MBBS in India follows the National Medical Commission's Competency Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum: 4.5 years of study plus a 1-year Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship (CRMI).

- NEET-UG: every MBBS seat in India is allotted through NEET-UG.
- Counselling: deemed universities and All India Quota seats are filled through MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) counselling; state quota and most private college seats through the state counselling authority.
- Quotas: government/state quota, management quota and NRI quota, each with different fees.
- Eligibility: Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, with the NMC minimum marks; at least 17 years old by 31 December of the admission year.
- Documents: NEET scorecard and admit card, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, domicile/category certificates where applicable, ID proof, photographs.
