Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences is a private medical college in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, established in 2005. It is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow, and its MBBS seats are filled through NEET-UG and state or All India counselling. Students train at the college's attached teaching hospital.

• Eligibility: Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, with the NMC minimum marks; at least 17 years old by 31 December of the admission year.
• Documents: NEET scorecard and admit card, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, domicile/category certificates where applicable, ID proof, photographs.
