Mount Zion Medical College is a private medical college in Adoor, Kerala, established in 2014. It is affiliated with Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), and its MBBS seats are filled through NEET-UG and state or All India counselling. It is located at Adoor in Pathanamthitta district. Students train at the college's attached teaching hospital.

MBBS in India follows the National Medical Commission's Competency Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum: 4.5 years of study plus a 1-year Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship (CRMI).

• Phase I: Foundation Course, Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry
• Phase II: Pathology, Microbiology, Pharmacology
• Phase III Part 1: Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, ENT, Ophthalmology
• Phase III Part 2: General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics and allied subjects
• Internship (1 year): rotating clinical internship

• NEET-UG: every MBBS seat in India is allotted through NEET-UG.
• Counselling: deemed universities and All India Quota seats are filled through MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) counselling; state quota and most private college seats through the state counselling authority.
• Quotas: government/state quota, management quota and NRI quota, each with different fees.
• Eligibility: Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, with the NMC minimum marks; at least 17 years old by 31 December of the admission year.
• Documents: NEET scorecard and admit card, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, domicile/category certificates where applicable, ID proof, photographs.
