Career Institute of Medical Sciences & Hospital (CIMSH) is a private medical college on IIM Road, Ghaila, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It admits 150 MBBS students a year and students train at Career Hospital, a multi-speciality teaching hospital with more than 600 beds.

- NEET-UG: every MBBS seat in India is allotted through NEET-UG.
- Counselling: deemed universities and All India Quota seats are filled through MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) counselling; state quota and most private college seats through the state counselling authority.
- Quotas: government/state quota, management quota and NRI quota, each with different fees.
- Eligibility: Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, with the NMC minimum marks; at least 17 years old by 31 December of the admission year.
- Documents: NEET scorecard and admit card, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, domicile/category certificates where applicable, ID proof, photographs.
