JSS Medical College
JSS Medical College is a medical college in Mysuru, Karnataka, established in 1984, and a constituent college of JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research (deemed to be university). Its MBBS seats are filled through NEET-UG and MCC deemed-university counselling. Students train at the college's attached teaching hospital.
MBBS in India follows the National Medical Commission's Competency Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum: 4.5 years of study plus a 1-year Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship (CRMI).

- NEET-UG: every MBBS seat in India is allotted through NEET-UG.
- Counselling: deemed universities and All India Quota seats are filled through MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) counselling; state quota and most private college seats through the state counselling authority.
- Quotas: government/state quota, management quota and NRI quota, each with different fees.
- Eligibility: Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, with the NMC minimum marks; at least 17 years old by 31 December of the admission year.
- Documents: NEET scorecard and admit card, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, domicile/category certificates where applicable, ID proof, photographs.
